Use whatever ammo you can reasonably obtain/replace. Performing the mechanics well will make a much bigger difference than which of the 3 you bring. Karil's Xbow is better. Crystal bow without any of the armor pieces is worse. You definately don't need it there though, bowfa is more important than BP. Muspah is quite relaxing, I prefer it over Vorkath. If you've got anything higher than crystal/bowfa then you're probably getting better gp/hr at Muspah (I'm averaging about ~170k per kill w/ 3 minute kills on average).So so so much better.
