We have a few more items that were schedule to be fixed yesterday. I closed on my home 7/20/2021. I have several unresolved warranty issues that have been ignored or completely rejected for over a year. The biggest are my patio door that opens on the wrong side, the $20k in plumbing work needed to correct a bad pitch problem identified by 7 plumbers including Meritage contractor Dupree Plumbing, venting issues with the HVAC & fireplace, & now a broken A/C.
