PvE: Nagakiba + Uchigatana is the best combo. Infuse both with Blood (82-83 bleed each). Get White Mask and Lord of Blood Exultation talisman. Ashes of war: maybe Seppuku or anything you want. Seppuku can be use to quicky apply bloodloss, which will trigger both white mask and the talisman. But in a long fight you want the bloodloss from the boss. I think the best katana to dual wield with the nagakina is the hand of malenia because the length is similar. Use dual scimitars.
