The posts above tell you. difficulty offset of 1 means base levels of 1-30. The override line is the multiplier, applied to the base levels. so override set to 5, and difficulty offset of 1 makes makes level 150. 1-30 x 5 = up to 150. No this is false. The game hard caps the amount of levels allowed to be givin into one stat at 255 because of the hexadecimal system it uses.
