You need to have the buildings / belts / sorters etc within your inventory so your drones can build what your blueprint calls for. When you do the white images will turn green. Just means you don't have enough of those buildings to finish the blueprint. If you get the buildings and walk back over to it, they'll turn green.ONI is cruel to those with OCD.
