It's a Government Lab that the Army Occupied. It's more of a challenge area like the Prison. Main loot is the army clothes and loot on the bodies.

Piss poor, yea sure there are some weapons but nothing compared to the gun shop. The best stuff is the military clothing/backpack (and helmet) cause of the extra protection and carry weight. Now I didn't stay long enough to make a base but food isn't really there unless you clear out the dense forest and start a farm.It's a reliable source to get some military backpacks. I like to have at least 5 large backpacks for transporting loot and that's a good way to get some. Probably would go there more often if the path to the base wouldn't overgrow so quickly.
