For anyone finding this in the future, here's what I did to fix it without having to completely re-setup Yuzu: Close Yuzu. Open C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\yuzu\config\qt-config.ini. Find and delete the following key-values: UILayout\geometry. UILayout\state. UILayout\geometryRenderWindow. Start back up Yuzu.TOTK game stops on "continue". Your gpu is overpowered for the task so is spected to be low %. Your rig is not enough for totk emulation. Because your cpu is weak in single core performance.About your old mods, do NOT use both the island fix and the sky island fix 2x at the same time, use only the 2x version. I'm using a i5-10300H @ 2.5 GHz, 16GB RAM, GTX 1650Ti laptop, also installed Dynamic FPS 1.5.1, some Visual Fix Mods and a 60 fps lock mod. and I run ToTK at 35-60 FPS. If I open a web browser, it sometimes fluctuates at 25 fps, but still consistent at 30 fps+. So I'd say if you have a limited budget, 16GB RAM would be fine.

if you want to play at more than 30fps, you will need an FPS mod. I'd recommend using the TotK Optimizer with DFPS, which requires the 1.2.0 update. I'd also recommend the Repetitive Events Streamline mod once you are a couple of hours into the game.
