I’m playing on Steam. I’ve got an intel i5 with 16GB of RAM. The load times for saved games are taking 5-10mins. Is there any plan to cut these load times down? They are pretty oppressive. Solution Found!: After the most recent patch and switching to Direct X 11 on the Larian launcher, I can now play and load on ultra settings with no problems.Ideally, with all modern games should be loaded onto an m.2 or SATA SSD as the older spinning disc Hard Drives will take a long time to load games. My BG3 is loaded on a SATA SSD and I am loaded up in about 20seconds (though I haven't put a stop watch on it). If I put BG3 on my m.2 I can imagine it would be a little bit quicker.

I can't help you if you think 20 or so secs is too slow for you for loading a save game. It might be faster in the full release, but I don't think so. Nothing wrong with your system.
