Aug 23, 2021 · The XiD-C cable box blue LED light is not on. This cable box was recently added and functions fine except for the blue LED. The Comcast tech brought it with him without the "new" packaging so I am assuming it is used. It is annoying not knowing whether the cable box has power or not without turning on the TV. My other small box that's working does not have a green light either, nor did another one on a very old TV that I have decided to remove. I think it's unlikely that the lights if there should be any, would go off on all the small cable boxes.
