I use Zelle with SoFi through the Zelle app. My dad sent me $500 and everything shows it was sent but the money never got to my account. This was at around 6AM. It shows in his bank with a confirmation number. I received an email from Zelle showing that he sent me the money. Zelle said the problem is in SoFi's end.
