There is power to dash switchs for jake and cruise. Power to the clutch sensor. Clutch sensor was tested and checked out OK.Your Vehicle Speed sensor is the likely cause for the failure in reading MPH. The sensor is located in the transmission tail shaft and reads a tone wheel in the trans. Remove the sensor check for damage on the face of the sensor.
