Seems to be 2 schools of thought when having the P365 slide milled. #1 is to remove rear sight and mill leaving a small tab at the end of the slide (like the XL). #2 is milling to just in front of the rear sight, leaving the rear sight mounted.I looked at my P365 and if you have a TG H3 front sight then the rear sight should also have TG H3 on it.
