Nov 2018. Back in the 1990's, early 2000's, we used to frequent Volant Mills. Then, one by one, a lot of the quaint shops began to close. My husband and I took a trip there over the weekend, and we were happy to see that Volant Mills is making a comeback! Almost every store is occupied and there's a few new shops.
