Noisy clutch. I have a 2013 825I that I bought new. It has 50 hrs on it now and has had 3 clutches counting the original. My dealer replaced the original clutch at 40 hrs. because it was getting hard to shift and jumping out of gear. My comment is that if the clutch is working properly, I would ignore it, reinstall the clutch and enjoy life with your Gator. If that clutch IS giving trouble, I would not put money, time and effort into reconditioning that particular core. I would invest in a rebuildable core and recondition it properly. The Primary clutch is sticking. Basically as the clutch warms up during operation friction increases within causing the clutch halves not to fully disengage. The fuel regulator inside the fuel tank is causing this problem.The regulator is plastic and will warp causing fuel to leak by and reduce fuel pressure during startup.Your dealer should know about this problem (there is a service bulliton on it) and will be able to fix it.
