The enchiladas themselves were soft, well cooked n very tender. The rice and beans with the enchiladas were tasty with good texture imo. This meal was certainly a comfort food and true Tex Mex classic. I usually prefer chicken enchiladas, but from Molina's I prefer their beef ones more for sure. The takeout service was great as well.
