The E2E nuclearcraft balance setup was tweaked a little since the original post. Of about note, with E2E 1.64d: do build a safety cutoff. I was using IC2 enriched uranium, which I have a vague recollection upset the heat ratio. There is a schematica recipe in the post for the core blocks. Schematica is in E2E!

You can use that to get a good idea on how your reactor will work. And because the values of fuel and stuff change per pack, you can change the values manually to match your packs values or import the config file directly into the program.
