I recently visited this Red Lobster twice in October 2023, and I'd rate it a 2.5 due to service. The unlimited shrimp meal is priced around $25 now and has the potential to be a great value, however, there seems to be a spectrum in service. Some guests are able to get refills faster than others at this Red Lobster.

The kitchen at this Red Lobster did a wonderful job. I ordered coconut shrimp with fries and brussel sprouts and it was all cooked to perfection. I have never had a better meal at a Red Lobster. Service and cleanliness was an issue. The restaurant smelled like mildew and it was not particularly clean. It was tidy but not clean.This is probably my favorite Red Lobster in the city of Columbus.
