One thing that you could try is to take out the batteries one more time, and then leave them out for 5 minutes (to let the power clear out totally).May 24, 2023 · I would try power cycling the Keypad. I parked the keypad right next to the base station. I tried it 6 times and each failed. I even unplugged the base station and put it right next to my wifi router with the keypad. Failed there also. I never have issues with my system. Any ideas before I give support a call. Thanks, Gene
