I've seen more trailers than cars on good condition across the entire map, so this might be bad rng on your part. Mostly poor condition advert trailers here. Finding one with storage would be cool. Pretty sure the latest patch mentioned a fix for them, previously only the billboard ad trailers wild spawn.

I recently used a vanilla no cover trailer and shit flew out vs. the blue tarp one where shit did not fall out, with both being at 100% health, but we had some mods that affected vehicles like Vehicle Repair Overhaul so I couldn't tell you with 100% certainty.
